Returns and exchanges on TrailWisely products are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment.

Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
Once your request is reviewed, a TrailWisely representative will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Products returned outside this window will not be accepted
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return and credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

Product must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition

Product must be returned in original packaging, including all hardware, accessories, manuals, and documentation

Product must not be painted, modified, test-fitted, or altered in any way
-
The RMA number and original product number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package

Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer

We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured carrier

TrailWisely reserves the right to require proof of return shipment prior to issuing any credit
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely. TrailWisely is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
Credits are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify TrailWisely within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required

Eligible items will be replaced with the identical product only

Installation costs are not reimbursable

If a replacement is issued, the original item must be returned within 30 days or the replacement will be charged
TrailWisely reserves the right to file carrier damage claims and determine the appropriate resolution.
Freight (LTL) Shipments
For large or freight-delivered items:

Inspect all freight shipments at delivery

Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be noted before signing

Shipments that are signed for without notation cannot be returned or refunded
-
Refuse delivery if damage is observed
Failure to follow these steps voids return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless part of an approved warranty or shipping damage claim, the following items are not eligible for return:

Installed, used, or test-fitted items

Electrical components
-
Custom or made-to-order products
-
Clearance or final sale items
-
Wheels once tires have been mounted
-
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Products modified from original condition
-
Freight items that were signed for without damage notation

Gift cards
General Conditions

TrailWisely does not offer exchanges for different products

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and approved
